It is our core belief that people should be entitled to better ways of staying connected and interacting with digital data. Variation of devices and file formats should not act as obstacles between people and technology but rather as ways to make life more interesting.
With the help of Cloud technology, interactions between people and digital data have never been easier and quicker. ASUS Cloud gives user the ability to easily access and share any file they want with whomever they want bringing human sharing closer than ever before.
Many might think with the technology as sophisticated as our Cloud service, it is only catered to people with extensive background in the field of technology. On the contrary, our focus has been and will always be to provide users with simple yet useful services, making everyday life easier and more enjoyable. We pride ourselves in our work and we hope our users will feel the same.
In the future, we hope that file formats and sizes will no longer be the limiting factors for people to interact and stay connected in the digital world. The future that we dream of is one without distance, one without compromise.

Thank you. I appreciate your offer of web storage and I look forward to becoming familiar with it. I have more than one Asus Eee and my latest is the 1000HE. May I register all of my asus or only one. Do I need to register them by serial numbers or model? Again, thanks for your generosity.

Hello,
I have recently bought an Asus EEPC which came with 500GB webstorage? I have 2 questions.
1. Is this webstorage available for unlimited time?
2. Can I access files that I have uploaded at the webstorage through my eepc client from an internet cafe somewhere else in the world?

I bought and registered an Asus 1015 netbook with a dual core atom 550 processor. This is supposed to come with 500 gb of free web storage space, but when I attempt to create a premium account I keep getting a pop up that tells me to contact asus. How do I access the free 500 Gb of cloud storage? Who at Asus do I contact about this? The web storage software is pre-installed on the netbook. Thanks.

Hi,
The product description for Eee PC 1015PEM maintains that it comes with 500GB of ASUS webstorage. However the footnote in the same document states as follows:
“All specifications and terms are subject to change without notice.” What does the latter imply? Does it mean that evenif I bought an ASUS 1015PEM, it still wouldn’t guarantee that I’d get the abovementioned 500 GB of storage? (To be honest, the footnote freaks me out, because if taken verbatim, it would imply that ASUS is not commited to any of the stated specifications, including the webstorage).

I am afraid but Asus customer service tells me otherwise. Asus gives no guarantee for 500 Gb of webstorage upon purchasing a 1015PEM, nor of any correspondence between an eeePC and its specifications.
When asked why my 1015PEM didn’t support 500 Gb of webstorage, the answer I received from Asus customer service reads as follows:
“It also says:
- All specifications and terms are subject to change without notice. Please check
with your supplier for exact offers on selected models. Products may not be available
in all markets.
- Product may not be exactly as shown in images”
The name of your representative is Nils and the case ID is RWTM201103082214502439-561, you can check it for yourself.
